Yes Drama 180 GRAM LIMITED EDITION AUDIOPHILE LP. 180g Audiophile Vinyl Mastered by Friday Music's Joe Reagoso From Original Atlantic Tapes! 1980 was an interesting year for the legendary prog-rockers Yes. While the Close To The Edge line-up was taking a break for a few years, founding member Chris Squire maintained the legendary status of the band along with long-time band mates Steve Howe and Alan White, with new members Trevor Horn and Geoff Downes, and created the hard rocking masterpiece Drama.

A bit of a departure from the more classically oriented feel of previous efforts, this album slammed all the way to the top of the rock charts! From the kick off track Machine Messiah, Yes was a new entity with a lot of guts, flair for delivering a hit album, and a darling of the new video medium thanks to the support of outlets like MTV.

New Yes vocalist Trevor Horn and keyboardist Geoff Downes were nothing but first class musicians from the word go, and the writing of the band in total truly generated some of the more enduring tunes in their four decade long catalog. For instance, the entire side two of this album was usually played in its entirety at radio due to the power of each song. If more proof is needed, how about the incredible musicianship on Run Through The Light, and of course the super hit Tempus Fugit, both of which made this album the classic that it is this day. Steve Howe's guitar work was second to none, along with some very heavy bass and drum work throughout from Chris Squire and Alan White, Drama was truly a remarkable team effort for Yes.

Yes Symphonic Live 180g Import 2LP 180 GRAM Audiophile Vinyl! Symphonic Live is a live album from the English progressive rock band Yes. The concert was recorded at the Heineken Music Hall in Amsterdam on November 22, 2001, with the European Festival Orchestra conducted by Wilheilm Keitel. Keyboardist Rick Wakeman was invited by the band to perform at this concert, but this did not happen because of scheduling conflicts. In his place on the tour was Tom Brislin. There is no doubt that Yes is one of the all-time biggest progressive rock bands, up there with ELP, King Crimson, and Dark Side era Pink Floyd. All the big riffs are there, and Jon Anderson's voice sounds the same as it ever did. What's more, the Wilheilm Keitel conducted symphonic interpretations add a great deal to the majority of the soundscapes, and take a less imposing, more subtly supportive role as the concert goes on. Symphonic Live was first released on DVD in 2002 but the audio was never released on vinyl, until now. Released on vinyl for the first time.
