This is an extremely collectible super short print (SSP) parallel card of one of the top Rated Prospects in all of baseball (currently 11th in all of baseball per MLB. The card is serial numbered "17/25". Marte still quite young (19 at time of posting) has so far more than lived up to his superstar potential in his very impressive pro debut and remarkable 2021 season. Indeed, Marte, a true 5-tool multi-talented SS w/ exceptional power/speed combination, has been simply awesome.

In 2021, at only 19, Marte hit. 273 with 17 HRs (47 extra-base hits), as well as 24 SBs, in only 107 games. Importantly, Marte continues to improve as gains experience and physically matures. Because of his performance to date and his clear superstar potential, Marte's cards have been in heavy demand, increasingly hard to find and rapidly climbing in value, especially these especially collectible Marte 2017 Elite cards, the first issued of Marte in any Panini or Topps/Bowman set.

Thus, in short, this surely is one of Marte's most collectible cards issued to date and currently available! Specifically, this extremely attractive and well-designed card is from Panini's 2017 Elite Extra Edition (EEE) set, Panini's primary prospect set. As stated above, the Marte cards issued in this 2017 Elite set are (and always will be) Marte's especially-collectible 1st cards issued. Specifically, this is the SSP Tie-Dye Aspirations Refractor Parallel of Marte's Base Card in the set, Card No. As such a SP Parallel, it has the extremely low print run of only 25, and as stated, this particular card is serial numbered "17/25" on the upper left corner on the front of the card.

This card appears to be in very good, even, excellent overall condition without any significant or even notable flaws. The surface appears clean and w/out any scratches, dings, scuffs, printing lines or other overt marks on its face. The card's corners/edges also appear at least in very good condition and without dings, chipping or obvious wear. Please note that there appears to be an tiny off-color spot on front, lower left corner - such spot is part of this card's actual design and can be seen on Marte's other parallel and base cards No. 160 from the set; it should not be considered a flaw. In light of its lack of any apparent flaws, this particular card may be a strong candidate for professional grading, something I do not do so at least you do not have to worry about this being a grading reject.

I also do always try to do my best in reporting an accurate description of the card's condition, including notification of any material or notable blemishes that I know of so that customers are aware of them for their consideration- here, again, my naked-eye review did not reveal any notable flaws!
