From my understanding, when a comic is being printed and the comic printer runs out of black ink, this is the result. A comic that either has no black ink or its uneven or faded. When this happens at the press, those comics are usually destroyed, inks re-filled and printing is continued. Having a comic like this get out into the public is a VERY RARE occurrence and CGC recognizes this on the label of this type of ONE OF A KIND comic.

Also the fine black ink detail all over the front cover is not as it should be because of the result of no black ink. On the back, all or most of the black wording is not there where it should be and the colors are not detailed over in black ink as it should be. This is truly a RARE, ONE OF A KIND COLLECTORS PIECE! Especially for a Spawn fan!
